קניתי מחשב נייד דל INSPIRION 6400 שמותכנת עליו ויסטה והמחשב לא משמיע שום קול (לחצתי על כל כפתורים הרלוונטיים)

האייקון של הקול בשורת המשימות מסומן באיקס אדום וכשעומד עליו העכבר הוא כותב: NO AUDIO OUTPUTDEVICE IS INSTALLED

וכשאתה מנסה להפעיל שיר מהמדיה פלייר הוא כותב לך:

התקשרתי לתמיכה של החברה וענה לי מישהו שלא נראה לי שהבין ממש מה הבעיה והוא אמר לי שאני צריך לבוא למעבדה כי יתכן שזו בעיית חומרה. אין לי את הזמן הזה!

    כנס לביסו ותבדוק אהבקר של האודיו לא מבוטל (מה שלא אמור לקרות בשום צורה)....

    כמו כן אם אך שזה נראה אתה אכן צריך לגשת למעבדה..יש מצב שהרכיב פגום..
