Hey, I cant type in hebrew i need help

I listen, i installed windows xp gladiator sp3 .

now, i did the things in the Regional and Language Options, i did the V's and i still cant choose hebrew to be my secondry type option.

what can i do now?

    BTW. You can type in hebrew, i can see it

    Already did it, listen i have hebrew to chose in every things but just in the picture i gave up^^ there is no hebrew.
