האם אני יכול לשים כתמונת תצוגה קובץ GIF כלומר אנימציה שזזה

הצלחתי לעשות את זה כבר פעם אחת אבל עם קובץ שהורדתי דרך המסנג'ר כשאני מנסה לישם תמונה שלי אני לא מצליח

יש איזה תוכנה או משהו שיאפשר לי לשים אנימציה בתמונת תצוגה?

    קובץ האנימציה צריך להיות בפורמט פלאש ונדמה לי שחייב להיות חתום ע"י מיקרוסופט. יש לי הרגשה שמדובר בעניין של רישיון לייצר את אותו סוג תוכן ע"מ לגרוף רווחים למיקרוסופט.
