I need help ! the windows does not support hebrow !

I formatted the hardisk and i installed win XP proffesional . but...the win supports only english . I c'ant write in hebrow and etc. What can I do ?

control panel/regional and lenguge option/langugages/install files for complex script and right tom left languages...
