לפני כשנה וחצי קניתי iriver h10 20g בארה"ב, ולפני שבוע-שבועיים בערך הנגן כבר לא נדלק. רציתי לדעת מי מייבאים את iriver לארץ, והאם הם יכולים לתקן לי את הנגן, או אם יש מקום כלשהו שמסוגל לתקן את הנגן בארץ.

כשחיפשתי בגוגל הגעתי לארקדיה. שלחתי להם מייל, אבל הם אמרו לי שהם כבר לא מייבאים את iriver והם אמרו לי לבדוק את באג, אלקטרה או בנדה מגנטיק.

באתר של אלקטרה אין שום איזכור לiriver או לנגנים בכלל. באתר של בנדה מגנטיק ראיתי שמוכרים רק נגן iriver אחד, וגם לא ציינו את שמו, ובבאג ראיתי שמוכרים iriver אבל לא ראיתי שהם מוכרים h10.
