קניתי לקסמארק E240 (למרות ניסיון רע שהיה לי איתם פעם)

והיא מחוברת למחשב עם XP כאשר המחשב הזה מחובר ברשת עם עוד שתי מחשבים.

אז עשיתי שיתוף וכרגע עוד מחשב אחד עם XP יכול לגשת למדפסת אבל המחשב השני עם הVISTA X64 לא מצליח להתקין את המדפסת

הוא מוצא אותה וכשהוא אומר לי לבחור דרייברים הוא אומר שהם לא טובים ואני צריך לפנות למנהל המערכת(שזה אני) יש לכם מושג מה לעשות?
