Im looking for a good cooler for my P4 2.4B that is currently over clocked to 3 ghz and over volted to 1.625.

For normal usage the stock cooler was more than enough, but under the massive over volting and over clocking its slowly turning very poor, my current idle temps are 32-35 degrees and full load can reach 48 degrees.

What will be the best air cooler to buy for a P4, budget is irrelevant, but the cooler should also not be very noisey, since the stock cooler is very quiet im looking for something around that level of noise but with better performance.

I considered the AX478, but wont it perform badly with a slow (quiet) fan?

Zalman are known for being quiet but not good performers at all.
