I have the system listed in my profile.

i wanted to preform a minor OC , i wanted to push the CPU to 2.7GHz and leave it that way 24 7.

i did it, the temprature is 35 idle and 48 under load

i didnt change the voltage, the RAM is running at 900MHz but its same thing when it was running at 800MHz.

the proplem is, i can run 3dmark06 without a crash

i worked in the computer for all almost all day that way the tempruture was okey

the proplem is, i dont feel the system stable . if i run everest stability test i get some errors after 2 minutes while i get no error in SP2004.

i ran a game it crashed after 4 minutes with artifacts on the screen and ATI vpu recover jumped saying there was a proplem with the graphic card and it had to be stoped.

for the system i have this OC should be easy and ive got higher clocks on stock voltage before, any ideas why is this happening? and why am i getting artifacts? ain the graphic card responsiable for that?

note: id ont wanna push it more than 2.7 in the meanwhile couse i have the stock intel cooler, when i find a good cooler that fits in my case ill push it further

נסה להוריד את הזיכרונות לתדר העבודה שלהם 800MHz או מתחת על מנת לשלול את הבעיה (למרות שהם לא צריכים להיות הבעיה)...

the card is not OC'ed

i did lower the memory to 800Mhz after OC (712MHz before the OC)

i belive the spread spectrum is set to auto, should i disable it?

today ive noticed some artifacts nothing serious, like a fast flash throw the screen,while playing a game while i was at stock, could it be that the graphic card ??

תבדוק את הטמפ' של הכרטיס מסך במנוחה/מאמץ..

i dont have sensors on the graphic card so i cant tell the tempreture

אין לך חיישן טמפ' בכרטיס מוזר (עד כמה שזכור לי בX1600 למיניהם יש)..

ונסה לעלות מתח לציפסט וכו...

i have X1600Pro from pailit, i got it really cheap back then so i wasnt surpirised it doesnt have sensors

i did update my drivers from catalyst 6.12 to 7.4, ill check if that helps when this heat cool down a bit!!!!
