I have winXPsp1 and a 40GB HD and its full so wen i whant to copy new stuff i have to delete old stuff and wen i delete old stuff the free space is the same and it's not changing. its on all the drives and HD's so it must be a problem in windows.

I need space fast so pleas help me fix this.
