שלום! יש לי מדפסת Canon Pixma MP150 (מדפסת משולבת סורק ומכונת צילום). מבחינת ההדפסה והצילום אין לי שום בעיה, היא עושה הכל כמו שצריך.

אך מבחינת הסריקה היא עושה די הרבה בעיות. המדפסת כמעט אף פעם לא מצליחה לסיים סריקה ובזמן הסריקה היא נותנת שגיעה:

cannot communicate with scanner. Scanner may be turned off, a cable may be disconnected. Please check the status and try again. Scanner driver will be closed. Code: 155,0,0

לאחר שגיעה זו המדפסת פשוט נתקעת.

המדפסת כבר היתה במעבדה והיא תקינה. החלפתי גם כבל USB וגם ניסיתי להתקין מחדש את הדרייברים שלה. ועדיין יש את אותה הבעיה.

אשמח אם מישהו ממכם יוכל לעזור לי בפתרון בעיה זו.

1. התכנה שבא אני סורק היא MP Navigator

2. ניסיתי לסרוק כאשר היתה מחוברת למחשב אחר והיא אכן סרקה כמו שצריך.
