אני מאד אשמח לקבל המלצה עבור הגה למחשב. רצוי שיהיה עם פדלים ומנגנון העברת הילוכים.

ראיתי פרסומת של הגה MOMO של LOGITECH ויש לי הרגשה שהוא טוב. בעיתיות היא שהוא יקר (כ-650 שקלים) . השאילה היא האם יש מוצרים אחרים טובים אבל זולים יותר?

אני לא כל כל מאמין לבקורות ב-ZAP... :-[ לעתים הביקורות שם אינן מהוות מציאות ולא מסתמכות על השוואה מול מוצרים אחרים.

ההגה נראה נחמד.

אבל לדעתי ליך להרגיש את ההגה לפני קנייה, כי יש לא מעטים שהם נראים אחלה והכול, אבל איך שאתה שם את הידיים שלך עליהם ומרגיש את החומר הזול פשוט את מתבאס ברמות, אז שוב, אם אתה לא קונה אחד של חברה איכותית כמו logitech אז כדאי לך להרגיש פיזית לפני הקניה.

אה, וגם תסתכל על המידות, שלא יביאו לך פתאום הגה מיניאטורי :-X

קראתי כמה ביקורות על MOMO הזה, אנשים אמרו עליו רק דברים טובים.

people, you need to get it in your thick skull, you can't get something good for little money. it doesn't work that way. a quality product costs accordingly. I'm tired of being surrounded of idiots who think they fucked everyone because they bought a "prosound" music player for 1/10th of the price of an iriver/iAudio and then go on and brag about it...

tired of explaining them that they are morons.

650 nis for the momo is a steal. if that's too much for you, you got the red logitech wheel around 300-400 nis, it's a very basic wheel, but it's better than nothing. personally I'd take the G25, but I'm broke (300$), so I'm staying with my aging (9yrs. old) MS sidewinder FF wheel.

note that I heard that logitech wheels doesn't last long. also if you're buying a wheel for NFS, don't bother...

I am very disappointed by your sick trial of generalization. In case you have in mind as negative opinion as you present, you have better not answer to my recommendation request at all.

Though, in case you did answer, let me ignore completely (starting from now) the first part of your statement (the part that focuses on "morons " et al) and paraphrase the described matter according to my understanding: you are not familiar with good steering wheel with a price less than 650 NIS.

4) Bowler Nemesis

5) Citroen C4 WRC

Answer: it depends on the requirements. The prices differ. The same is for the steering wheels, i.e. the best wheel is found according to the strictest compliance to requirements for it...

what games is it meant for anyways? and what's the budget?

oh and it's F430 or an EVO 6, so the kids (if there will be some one day) will have a place to sit, while daddy powerslids through the corners...

NFS and a number of open source vehicle simulations (not games). The main required features are

1) Reliability

2) Sequential gear box support

3) Throttle and break pedals

4) Best "Bank for the Buck", though the price budget is not defined

oh and it's F430 or an EVO 6, so the kids (if there will be some one day) will have a place to sit, while daddy powerslids through the corners...

Both these are good cars for their purposes. By the way, you may look for Evo X in the appropriate forums.

NFS since after porsche (#5) doesn't work well with wheels, it became really impossible since underground 2. so if it's for that alone, don't bother.

about reliability I can only tell you that my own MS FF wheel is now over 9 years old and still works and only recently started showing signs of aging. about a year or two ago the pedal started screeching and that's pretty much it. I can also tell you that I heard that logitech wheels doesn't last long, now I read that on a forum somewhere while I was looking for info about the G25, so I don't know to what extent this is true.

all of that doesn't really matter because your possibilities are limited to what's available to you, which is logitech, microsoft, thrustmaster, genius, saitek, and speed link. now the middle two are, as far as wheels are concern, generic and the last two are generic altogether, which leaves logitech and microsoft. I think microsoft stopped making their wheel a few years ago so there's only logitech left. the G25 is waaaaay to expansive for you, so you got the basic red one (formula force ex) or the momo, out of which only the momo has the sequential gear nob (the red has paddles behind the wheel). I think the choice is obvious.
