כשמו כן הוא,אמור ליעל את עבודת הליבות ובעצם לשפר ביצועים,בפועל מאנשים שהתקינו אותו אפשר לראות שבהרבה מקרים הביצועים ירדו קצת.

אני מניח שבחלק מהתוכנות זה משתפר ובחלק גורע,לשיקולך.
