בדקתי בתוכנה וייצא לי:

ובאמת אני לא מצליח להתקין את הכרטיס קול ..כשאני מתקין דרייברים לא משנה איזה זה פשוט לא פועל ..אני מתקין וזה לא עוזר.

ושאני עושה דרך הוספת חומרה חדשה אז זה מגיע לסוף ומתקין את הדרייברים בC וכשזה מסיים זה מתחיל את המחשב מחדש, והדרייברים לא עובדים.
