I've received the Quad Led Red fan I've ordered from Australia.

And I've just compared it to my CoolerMaster TLF-R82 which got 4 blue leds in it.

So first the specs of both.

Quad Led Red: 2500 RPM , 32.4 CFM , 27.4 dBA.

TLF-R82: 2500 RPM , 32.11 CFM , 25.0 dBA.

As you can notice, they're quite similar... The CoolerMaster is supposed to be the more silent one.

When tested I did notice this little hiss from the QLR.. it's not that noticable unless u bring it close to your ears.

I didn't hear that noise with the CM fan.

I've tested these fans with the Zalman FanMate1, which control their speed by adjusting their voltage from 11v to 5v.

First, here's a pic of all 3 items (from left to right - CM, FanMate, QLR):

As u can notice the Zalman can provide me with RPM monitoring of only one fan at a time, so I had to switch between them each time to check the speed.

Another thing you may have noticed is while the QLR blades are really transparent and you can see through 'em very easily, the CM blades are rugged and polished.

The QLR also got a cover band around the wire that connects the leds, in the CM that wire goes into a carved tunnel.

I believe the look of the QLR is better in general.

Anyways, when tested, on 11V both fans did ~2100 RPM, and on 5V both were ~1370 RPM.

And though I believe they sound pretty much the same and probably push the same amount of air (no temps readings - sorry), there is one significant difference.

The Leds!!

When the CoolerMaster is on 11V the leds are barely even glowing!

Not even speaking on when u take the voltage down..

With the QLR they keep on shinning brightly even on 5V!

I expected better from the CM..

It's hard to catch the real look of the glow on 11v, but still here's a pic that u can notice the difference very clearly:

As my goal was to keep the red fan in any way, I'm glad it keeps on shinning even on the very low voltage.

Here is a pic of the QLR at 11v, and the CM at 12V (no FanMate) in the Shuttle fan cage:

You can notice the glow type is different.

In my opinion the CM glow does look better. It's like more even spreaded..

Welp, that's all about the new fan..

זה המקום היחידי שמצאתי ששולח לארץ במחיר הגיוני (מתחת ל-20 דולר, לא זוכר כמה בדיוק).

המחיר של המוצר עצמו היה כמו בארה"ב - אז למה לא?

בשביל מאוררי לדים שעולים אולי 10$ לשלם משלוח של 20$ דולר נראה לי די משוגע.

בעיקר כשיש מאווררי לדים בארץ.

עריכה: איכן קנית אותם?

נו באמת, זה Biodome, אני בכלל לא מתפלא שהוא הביא את המאורר מאוסטרליה.

דרך אגב, מה היצרן של המאורר האדום?

ויש עוד דברים מענינים שהבאת באותו משלוח?

אבל הייתי צריך אדום.... ;D

חוץ מזה שהזמנתי עוד כמה דברים בדרך..

היצרן - Globe משהו.. לא משהו מוכר..

ומאיפה הזמנת?

ביקורת טובה, בלי typos( ),והיא הייתה משכנעת אותי לקנות אחד מהמאוררים הללו אם לא הייתי מזמין את המשלוח שלי מ-2Cooltek לפני כמה דקות ;D.

(הרבה שטויות של Vantec וPanflo).

QLR אצל PC Case Gear האוסטרליים שעלה לי 9.10 דולר (ומשלוח 17.30 דולר)

CoolerMaster אצל Pham Computer שעלה 9.99 דולר אני מאמין (ומשלוח 14 דולר).

בכל חנות קניתי עוד כמה פריטים קטנים.

המשלוח של האוסטרליים הגיע במעטפה עד הבית (משלוח EMS נידמה לי).

המשלוח של Pham הגיע אחרי שבוע בקופסא למשרד הדואר הקרוב לבייתי.

ו-Lumber - אתה יכול לכתוב לו אימייל שיוסיף דברים אם יש לו כאלה, בדרך כלל לוקח לו איזה יומיים.

אם מישהו מתכנן לקנות אחד מאלה בקרוב, שיודיע לי, אני אצטרף לקנייה

אין צורך,הם כבר כלולים במשלוח...
