    Image - Image Size לשינוי גודל התמונה.

    אחרי זה אתה שומר:

    File - Save As בוחר ב JPEG, בחלון שיוצא לך יש מחוג עם מספרים, זוהי רמת הדחיסה של קובץ ה JPEG, וכתוב למעלה כמה ישקול הקובץ לאחר השמירה.

    תתאים את הכל ותעלה לפה תמונה.
