two weeks ago i wrote a messege here about having no hebrew ...and again i have no hebrew ...now i know what is the reason for that:

when my comp got stuck and i manually restarted (pressed the button) and when my comp came up i had a messege

how do i solve this problem?

    Try remove and install again the hebrew language.

    (Control Panel >> Regional and Language Options)
