התצלמתי בחו"ל אצל צלם מקצועי וקיבלתי דיסק עם כל התמונות, כשהגעתי לארץ והעלתי אות התמונות על המחשב, ראיתי שהודבק הסמל של האולפן שצילם על התמונות, ושמתי לב שקיבלתי סיסמא(כנראה להורדת הכיתוב), אבל אין לי מושג איזה תוכנה יכולה לעשות את זה...

    נסה לפתוח את הדיסק לא דרך התוכנה האוטומטית שבאה איתו... קליק ימני על הכונן איפה שנמצא הדיסק ותלחץ על פתח/OPEN ואז תחפש את התיקיה שבה יש את התמונות
