    תלוי במה הלוח אם שלך תומך.

    ממה שאני הבנתי פה שאמרו, אין הבדל כזה מורגש, אבל SATA אמור להיות יותר טוב.

    SATA 2 הוא כבר 2 דורות אחרי חיבור ה IDE - ATA100.

    בעיקרון זה תקן יותר חדש שאמור להציע שיפור משמעותי בביצועים (בד"כ לא כל כך מורגש).

    עדיף לבחור בכונן SATA, אבל תצטרך לבדוק שלוח האם שלך תומך בחיבור כזה.
