פורסם 2006 ביוני 819 שנים ההבדלים האלו לא יבואו לידי ביטוי במציאות אמנם אין שם 805 אבל היחס בין ה830 ל805 הוא כמו היחס בין ה3800 למהירות השעון של ה+3000. בדיוק כמו שהתוצאות של הקונרו מול K8 חסרות משמעות בקטע הזה כך גם התוצאות של הK8 מול הP4. בסופו של דבר צוואר הבקבוק במשחקים הוא כרטיס המסך ולא המעבד הבדיקה הזאת נעשתה עם 7800GTX מן הסתם צוואר הבקבוק של כרטיס המסך יבוא לידי ביטוי בצורה חזקה יותר עם כרטיס מסך חלש יותר
פורסם 2006 ביוני 819 שנים [ltr]what's your point? for a given video card, the A64 3000+ (not to mention the 3200+ which is the lowest you can buy now days) will beat the 805.you keep recommending the 805 just because it's cheap and dual core, completely ignoring the fact that other than Q4 no game benefits from dual core and that at stock it's 10% weaker than an Athlon 64 3000+, yet generates about 30% more heat.the 805 is only good for people who need a dual core on the budget. people who want to play games, watch movies, listen to music and do office work are not the case. on the other hand if you are a professional graphics designer or video editor and have a tight budget the 805 is perfect for you.[/ltr]
