שלום.

יש לי בעיה בווינדוס שאני לא יכול לעשות restart.הייתי יכול לעשות לפני שבוע אבל עכשיו כאשר אני לוחץ על הresatart המחשב לא נסגר. אני יכול לסגור אותו ידני אבל אני רוצה שהוא יסגר דרך הווינדוס.אני לא זוכר שהתקנתי משהו לאחרונה שיפגע בזה. יש לי אנטי-וירוס טוב וחוסם אדוורס\ספפיוורס.צריך עזרה בבקשה בקשר לסגור אותו דרך הווינדוס.
