כשאני מנסה להכנס אל הווינדוס, זה נתקע במסך הטעינה(המסך בו יש מן פס כחול כזה שעובר).זה לא נתקע אלה שהפס הכחול עובר אז זה לא נפסק וממשיך לעבור עד זמן בלתי מוגבל. אני מצליח להפעיל את המחשב רק במצב בטוח (כרגע אני במצב בטוח עם אינטרנט).

בבקשה תגידו לי מה הבעיה ומה ניתן לעשות!.
