שלום, יש לי מדפסת hp 920c ומלפני כמה ימים היא הפסיקה לעבוד. :nixweiss: אני שולח מסמך להדפסה וכלום, אין תגובה של המדפסת. גם כשאני לוחץ על הכפתור שמוציא דפים, אין תגובה. :bash: ניסיתי להתקין אותה מחדש גם והעסק לא עזר. מה אני יכול לעשות? :nixweiss:

    אני יודע לא לקנות hp, אבל פעם hp היו איכותייים. קניתי אותה בשנת 2001 ועבדה כמו סוס עד עכשיו... :o
