הwindows של חבר שלי עבד מצויין ואז הוא הוריד את divx 6 (מהאתר הרשמי של divx), אחרי שהוא התקין את הקובץ שירד לו פתאום נעלמו לו כל האייקונים בשולחן עבודה וגם שורת המשימות ולכן הוא לא יכול לגשת לשום דבר במחשב

הדבר היחיד שהוא כן הצליח לעשות זה להיכנס למנהל המשימות (דרך alt+ctrl+del).

הוא ניסה כבר לעשות איתחול וגם הוא ניסה במנהל המשימות לסיים את תהליך הexplorer ולהתחיל אותו מחדש (קראתי שבחלק מהמקרים זה עוזר)
