This is a video of the Porsche AutoThority entered in the Card & Driver Supercar Challenge. They have clips of the car running on the street, on the dyno (where you can see the exhaust headers glow red hot!!!) and on the track completing against the other supercars.

Dispite being the fastest car around the road course (beating the LPE Vette by 0.8 seconds) and the best brakes (stopping from 150MPH 1.3 seconds sooner than the LPE Vette on its shortest stop) and beating the LPE Vette in the 1/4 mile by 0.5 seconds, the AutoThority Porsche came second in the Supercar Challenge, behind the winning LPE Corvette.

How was this possible? Quite simple really. Once the LPE Vette got traction, it pulled on the AutoThority Porsche like it was going backwards. The LPE Vette, went from 100 to 150MPH 1.6 seconds faster than the souped up Porsche. Fast enough to give LPE the overall win dispite losing to the GT2 in everything else.

One has to wonder how the LPE Vette, with "only" 650HP can pull on a 750HP GT2 so badly? AutoThority claims that the LPE car wasn't making 650HP as LPE claimed but was in fact making more like 800HP with the boost level LPE were running.

מטורף, מראה כמה השלדה הזאת יכולה לקבל לקבל ולקבל, ואז לתת בראש... 750 כוחות סוס על כזה דבר זה בהחלט יותר ממרשים, ושם את המקלארן F1 שלי באור קצת משונה, למרות שיא המהירות...

ממש לא מפתיע... מנועה בוקסר 3.6 ליטר + טווין טורבו יתנו את ה750 סוסים... לא מרשים

כאשר מנוע 1.8 מוציא 700 כ"ס זה מרשים. (אני מתכוון ללנצ'יה דלטא S4, מנוע 1.8 טורבו+סופר צ'ארג'ר, 480 כ"ס בדגם הראלי בגלל ההגבלה של FIA, ללא ההגבלה של FIA המנוע מוציא 700כ"ס, 0-100 בשתי שניות)
