יש ברשותי WINDOWS 2000 PROFESSIONAL ואני לא מצליח לפתור בעיה שקיימת כבר הרבה מאוד זמן.כשאני מנסה לפתוח תיקייה(לא משנה איזו) מכל מקום אני מקבל את ההודעה הבאה:IEXPLORER.EXE HAS GENERATED ERRORS AND WILL BE CLOSED BY WINDOWS.YOU WILL NEED TO RESTART THE PROGRAM הנקודה היא שאני רוצה לפרמט את המחשב ולשדרג ל-XP אבל לפני כן אני רוצה לגבות חומר שיש על המחשב(אגב גם אחרי RESTART המצב זהה וגם ב-SAFE MODE).איך פותרים את הבעיה הזו?אשמח לתגובה ועוד יותר לפיתרון
