יש לי solidworks 2005 ו 2006, בשניהם יש בעיה עם שמירת קבצי PDF, שאני מנסה לשמור save as pdf...הוא נותן לי שגיעת printer error, הוא מסיים את ההמרה אבל קובץ ה PDF שוקל משהו כמו 4k והוא ריק.

ניסיתי להוריד את bluebeam pushbutton plus החדש, שם הוא לא נותן לי הודעת שגיאה, והוא מסיים את ההמרה, אבל עדיין קובץ ה pdf שוקל משהו כמו 4k והוא ריק.

מתמיכת solidworks ישראל אני לא מצפה לתשובה רצינית... ("זה אמור לעבוד")

Bulletin - Installation SolidWorks 2004 SP2.1 (Windows NT)

This bulletin addresses a potential problem when applying SolidWorks 2004 Service Pack 2 on Windows NT. Windows Installer may require the computer to reboot during patching to SolidWorks 2004 Service Pack 2.1.

If you say Yes to the reboot dialog, the patching process ignores the reboot request and goes on to fix the Save as PDF issue. After few seconds (~ 20), Windows NT will show a dialog stating that the patching process doesn't respond and asks whether you want to wait, cancel the reboot operation, or to end the task that is not responding. If you choose to end the task, the patching process ends and the Save as PDF functionality will not work after the system reboots.

The workaround is to perform an installation Repair after the reboot. This is done via the Windows Control Panel/Add Remove Programs function. Select SolidWorks, Select here for support information, and then Repair.

אבל זה לא עוזר, כמו שאמרתי, ישנם שני דרכים לשמור save as pdf, דרך אחת היא עם תוכנת ה bluebeam שמגיעה יחד עם solidworks והיא עובדת נפלא על XP הרגיל, ב 64 היא לא עובדת... ה pushbutton plus עובדת, ככה שאין לי ממש בעיה עם התוכנה עצמה, אבל התוצאה היא שאני מקבל דף PDF לבן, בלי כלום בפנים.

מה שכן, שלחתי להם שאילתה, על זה לא חשבתי, אז כן עזרת לי
