אם הבנתי את הודעת השגיאה נכון (הודעת שגיאה מעורפלת באנגלית הופכת לפי 20 גרועה יותר בתרגום לעברית... :s07: ) נראה שקובץ ה HOSTS שלך מכיל רשומות הנוגעות לשרתים של MSN.

בהנחה שמדובר בXP, גש לWINDOWS\System32\drivers\etc ופתח את הקובץ שנקרא HOSTS (בלי סיומת) בעורך טקסט כלשהו (notepad גם יספיק).

חפש בקובץ שורה/שורות שמכילות כתובת שנראית קשורה למסנג'ר (מן הסתם עם הביטוי msn או messagenr או משהו בסגנון) ומחק אותה/ן מהקובץ.

כעת התנתק מהאינטרנט ותתחבר חזרה והבעיה אמורה להעלם (יכול להיות שתצטרך לכבות ולהדליק את המודם ו/או לאתחל את המחשב... אני לא סגור על מתי הרשימה הזאת נטענת לזיכרון, אם בכלל).
