ג'נריק לא חייב להיות תמיד גרוע, דווקא יש מספיק זכרונות ג'נריק שיכולים להפתיע אותך... וגם הפתיעו בעבר.

אם היתה רשומה חברה על הצ'יפים זה רק גנרי למחצה, אני ראיתי זכרונות שכל מה שרשום עליהם זה כמה מספרים שקשורים לגודל ומהירות בלי שום סימן ליצרן.

או משהו ממש מצחיק, EIM היו מוכרים בתקופה מסויימת זיכרונות שהיה רשום על הצ'יפים EIM (ברצינות).
