like i said before i'm going to buy the ultimate motherboard for my northwood,i look for an intel 865 PE chipset and i saw this gigabyte, a few q about him:

GA-8IPE1000-G (Rev 4.x)

was it suposed to be a graet performance MB?

will the 8 chenel sound card (build-in) has a great quality for the creative x-free spekers?

how he is in standing for the P4S800D (655FX) x?

will i feel the difernt betwin the SIS chip to the INTELChipset?

can you give me a review about him from a proffesional hW site?

i need some ansewrs today cuz tmrw the MB is deliverd to me from Ebuy

hi there

all the mainboards that use 865 chupset are similar~ in the performance, the differences between the manufacturers is in the features like network card , audio or a raid conttroler.

i am not a big fan of gigabyte but anyway for my opinion the best 865 mainboard that you can buy today is the asus P4P

great over ability, a lot of features , pat and more

as for the sound issue that you mention, the gigabye use realtek chip while the asus use soundmax chip, they in the same level +-, but if you ask me i think that the soundmax in the asus will be better, but anyway the x-free will work jest great with the soundcards.

do not buy the sis chipset, go for the intel 865/875 chipset, they much better

הבדל ענק לטובת אינטל במהירות לעומת SIS...........המחשב סוף סוף ללא תקיעות וממש מהיר (בלי עין הרע ) לוח מעולה ,ממליץ מאוד !באנדל ענקי מלא מלא דברים !

אני שמח שאני יכול לעלות מהירות דרך המחשב,אבל משום מה בEasy tune 5 רשום שהטמפרטורה היא 29-28 מעלות (כך גם בביוס) אך בסנדרה,ספיד פאן,אברסט רשום שהטמפרטורה היא38-37 ,למי להאמין ?

יותר הגיוני מה שהספיד פאן ושאר התוכנות אומרות משום שאני באוברקלוק מטורף ל3100

למרות הזלמן והקירור מזגן שיש לי בפנים......... ד"א איזה כיף לשמוע בX-FREE מוזיקה,חוויה סוף הדרך .........איזה באס ......למרות שאני בטוח שיש דגמים של קריאטיב שיותר מוצלחיםן אבל הוא היה היפה מבינהם לפי מה שראיתי..........בכל זאת תודה רבה
