At 420 watts and a 25 amp +5 volt rail, this power supply should be plenty good enough for all but the most demanding systems and a power cord is included. I wasnt able to get any other specs for this PSU, but I assume it lacks PFC and other features desirable in a higher-end power supply. However, I wouldnt expect a case in this price range to ship with a maximum effort PSU. The PSU is very compact with comparatively short leads. A larger, conventional ATX PSU would fit in the space allotted, but could interfere with some longer optical drives and the longer leads would be more difficult to route efficiently.

Well, there it is. Ive had this system up and running now for several days. The Aspire X-QPACK has performed without a hitch. I was interested to see how the included 420W power supply acted under real world conditions and the design of the case made it difficult to test at the 20-pin ATX connector, so I used one of the 4-pin Molex connectors to attach my multimeter. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the 12v and 5v rails were consistently within spec (12v a little low at 11.9v, 5v at 5.1v) and very stable. Admittedly, Im not pulling a lot of juice here, but under load the power supply was very stable.
