having problems changing the language using alt+shift

for some reason alt+shift doesn't change the language as it used to. i can only do it using ctrl+shift, but it also changes the writing direction (left to right and vice verse) and its very annoying. it can also be done by defining special keys combination (such as alt + shift + 1) for each language but it's even more annoying

is there anything wrong with my definitions ?

    ב-LANGUAGES תתקין את ...(INCLUDING THAI) זה הראשון שם. שים לב שזה RIGHT-TO-LEFT LANGUAGES.

    וב- ADVANCED שים אותו על HEBREW.
