hi just a few things about this theft of bandwidth

its not actauly theft

its called QOS = Quality of service it ensures that you always have some bandwidth abailable.

but in windows it never works right because of this .

lets say you have an adsl line and you are conntect to modem with ethernet line

then the bandwidth which the windows knows of is 100MBIT so it always keeps 20 % but it still leavs you with 80 % of BW but you only have 1.5 MBIT ADSL so infact you can use it without the windows restricting you in any way .

any way i hope u understand .

and the way to disable it is from GROUP POLICY EDITOR or GPEDIT.MSC
