ברשותי לפטופ מדגם Lenovo Yoga 13 , הסדרה הראשונה, לאחרונה התחילה לי בעייה בהעברת אודיו בזמן חיבור כבל HDMI, אני מצליח לקבל את התמונה אך לא את האודיו. 

כאשר אני נכנס להגדרות קול במחשב אני מקבל שהמחשב מזהה רק את ההתקן של הרמקולים של המחשב, ביצעתי הצגת התקנים זמינים ולא זמינים ורק הרמקולים מופיעים לי, גם בזמן חיבור הכבל HDMI. 

עד כה בשביל לפתור את הבעיה ביצעתי: 

* הגדרת ברירת מחדל של ה-BIOS

* התקנה ומחיקה מחדש של הדרייברים גם של הכרטיס מסך וגם של השמע. 

יש לציין שהבעיה נובעת אך ורק מהמחשב ובדקתי מספר כבלים שכולם עובדים עם מכשירים אחרים אך לא עם המחשב. 

לצערי שאני נכנס לאתר תמיכה של לנובו ומנסה לבצע למחשב עדכון כללי בו המחשב נסרק לא עובד לי והמחשב משום מה לא מזוהה על ידי לנובו. 

 

האם יש דרך נוספת לפיתרון הבעיה?

לא ציינת את גרסת מערכת ההפעלה.

וינדוס 10, (פעם בפורום היה רשום מאיזה מערכת הפעלה זה נשלח),  ועדכנתי את הדרייברים של הכרטיס מסך עדיין לא עוזר. 

 

היה לי פעם אותו עניין עם מחשב נייד 

הייתי מחבר את הכבל HDMI משאיר אותו מחובר ועושה ריסט למחשב ואז היה מזוהה גם הקול

תאמת שני די בטוח שנסיתי לעשות ריסטרט אבל אני אנסה שוב. 

ותאמת ששום דבר רציני שאני זוכר שביצעתי במחשב מאז הפעם האחרונה שזה עבד, ושזה עבד זה עבד טוב.

I finally solved the problem.

I reinstalled the factory configuration (System Recovery by Novo button) and the sound now works via HDMI.

I tried HDMI with my Lenovo Yoga 3 11inch and only picture was working - sound was still coming from the laptop. Right clicking the sound icon in the taskbar and selecting plaback devices showed that the HDMI is listed, but it had a message along the lines of "not plugged in".

 

This was on a laptop that had longsince been installed with windows 10 from scatch, with all windows updates, and had been installed from all Lenovo drivers for this specific laptop.

 

So I got HDMI sound output working by doing the following - I am listing everything that I did as I don't know what made the difference.

 

1. I downloaded the audio driver from the Lenovo driver website, and ran it just to make a note of the working directory.

2. I uninstalled the audio driver from settings devices.

3. I deleted the working directory - something like /windows/realtek audio driver/

4. I installed the Lenovo audio driver.

 

5. I downloaded the Intel Driver update Utility and installed it. 

6. I ran Intel Driver update Utility just to make a note of the working directory.

7. I uninstalled the graphics driver

8. I deleted the working directory - something like /windows/graphic driver

9. I ran Intel Driver Update Utility and installed the graphics driver. I didn't bother updating the bluetooth or wifi drivers.

 

10. I reboot

 

11 Connected HDMI and without doing anything else already both video and sound were redirected through HDMI to the TV.

 

Just sharing my experience in case it is useful/interesting to anyone else. 

 

Note that my laptop has an intel integrated graphics driver, hence my use of the Intel's Driver Update Utility.

 

The bottom line is that either the audio or the graphics driver made the difference to make HDMI sound output work.
