שלום רב,

ברשותי מדפסת הזרקת דיו מסוג 1650HP D  ומחשב בעל מערכת הפעלה ווינדו 7.

לאחרונה אינני מצליח להדפיס והנורה של המדפסת מהבהבת. התקנתי דרייבר חדש בנוסף לתוכנות עזר מאתר HP. התוכנות מדווחות לי שיש בעיה עם אחד ממחסניות הצבע ואכן מחסנית הצבע השחור היא אינה מקורית. האם יתכן שזוהי מדיניות מתוכננת של HP למנוע שימוש במחסניות שאינן מקוריות ? אם כן או לא מה מומלץ לעשות ?
