אז קניתי כלפני שבועיים שלושה מסך חדש של סמסונג ( אינצ'24 sf350) והכרטיס שלי הוא r9 380, שניהם תומכים בfreesync אבל התוכנה של amd טוענת כי משהו לא תומך(freesync not supported).

הfree sync עובד דרך hdmi (אין dp).

הפעלתי את ההגדרה דרך המסך עצמו 

עדכנתי את הדרייבר(ועל הדרך כל דרייבר אחר על המחשב עם driver booster(את העדכון של amd עשיתי בנפרד))

אפילו קניתי hdmi 2.0 

ועדיין זה לא עובד

אני מחפש פתרונות באנטרנט מאז שהמסך נקנה ולא מצאתי על זה שום דבר.
