שלום,

יש לי מחשב XPS 13 9343 עם וינדוס 10. הכל עובד מעולה, כולל משטח העכבר שבעייתי בסדרה הזאת, אפשר לגלול בקלות כאשר אני משתמש בדפדפנים, אבל לצערי כאשר אני נמצא בתיקיות/קבצים (אופיס, PDF וכו) הגלילה מאוד איטית ונתקעת ואי אפשר לעבוד עם המחשב.

 

ניסיתי לשנות הגדרות תצוגה של האופיס, להתקין מחדש את הדרייבר של כרטיס המסך, לשנות PERFORMANCE OPTIONS של המחשב, אבל כלום לא עזר (בין לבין התקדמתי גם לוינ10).

 

יש למישהו הצעה איך ניתן לפתור את זה? תודה מראש.
