מספר עובדים מתלוננים שהאקסל  "נתקע"  (לא מופיעה הודעת שגיאה) זה

קורה בגרסאות 2010 ו 2013.בסביבת עבודה של  דומיין 2008 R2.

הפתרון שאני מגיע זה לפתוח את מנהל המשימות עד שזה ישתחרר.

הקבצים יושבים באחסון ברשת.

ניסיתי לתקן את האופיס,עדכנתי עדכונים,בדיקת לוגים אבל זה לא עזר.

אך ניתן לדעת האם הבעיה בקבצים עצמם או שיש בעיה אחרת ?

האם יש כלי שיוכל לבדוק את הקבצים ? מדובר על קבצי אקסל בלבד!
