אהלן, יש לי מחשב של dell והבאתי אותו למצב ריסט כמו שקניתי את המחשב, כי נכנס לי וירוס. עכשיו קניתי את המחשב עם ווינדאוס 8.1

ואז שהגעתי הבייתה קניתי מהאתר של מייקרוסופט 8.1 pro. ואחרי שעשיתי את כל הפירמוט והאתחול הזה, הווינדאוס חזר לי לנקודת ההתחלה של 8.1 רגיל

איך אני עכשיו מעדכן אותו חזרה לpro? הרי זה לא הגיוני שקניתי ואין לי דרך....חיפשתי במייל קבלה שלהם אולי שלחו לי מספר כלשהו, אבל לא מצאתי
