    זה תלוי באתר כמובן. לא כל אתר יקבל כ"א עם כתובת חיוב בישראל. זה בדיוק הקושי ברוב הקניות באתרים הזרים. הם מבחינתם, מעדיפים להוריד אחוזי FRAUD ע"י חסימה של קונים כאלה. כלומר הם מסתפקים ברוכשים של השוק המקומי.
