256 isn't enough these days and unless you intend to add more real soon you better use your money wisely and get 512 mb. As for whether you should get 2x256 or 512 mb I think it's wiser to take 2x256 in case you will upgrade to a DC system in the near future but won't have money for another 512 mb stick.

Out of all the 512 mb modules you listed the OCZ 512MB EL DDR PC3200 400mhz Enhanced Latency Series is probably the best just take 256x2 instead. It's very likely they could rise nicely above 400 mhz with decent timings however they are not the best choice if you are going to try and run a high FSB synced with the RAM.

I'd prefer the OCZ, I had problems with those Twinmos Twister modules.
