hey all. new repair service is in effect in Israel.

after long and hard work, we finally have a local repair centre in Israel, that will serve the local customer with in 5 to 7 working days.

all devices that are American, Australians and Canadians will be repaired in their respective countries.

All branded devices ( not SIM free devices ) will be send to their country of purchase for a repair. costs and custom will be handled by the device owner.

This includes all operator branded devices from Europe.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs in respect of repairs outside of Israel and for arranging adequate paperwork to prevent issues with customs clearance. HTC will not be able to support with customs issues.

all SIM FREE devices, and devices bought from Touch group will be repaired by Touch Group. the repair process is as follows :

local warranty devices will be repaired with in 5 to 7 working days.

GWS devices ( global warranty ) - depends on how long it will take to order parts.
