האם שווה לחכות לשבב של SiS ובעוד כמה זמן בערך הם יצאו?

The SiS 755 chipset is certainly better but I don't think you will be able to get motherboards based on it for atleast a month or two.

The memory is compatible with the board but if you are getting an A64 and not an A64 FX you only need one module since with an A64 you can't use Dual Channel (the memory controller is embedded into the CPU in the new AMD cpus).

Also I see no specific reason to buy such expensive RAM when there are much cheaper alternatives without a major performance difference.

Also you will probably have no use for PC4000 since these boards don't tend to get to 250 FSB, you better take some regular PC3200.

A gig of Samsung PC3200 costs less than 1000 nis or you could get a gig of OCZ PC3500 EL for around 1400 nis.

והאם יש הבדל משמעותי בין ddr ל dualddr?

מה יהיו ההבדלים המשמעותיים בין ה SIS ל VIA?
