לגבי קבצי CHM - חפש על ההארדיסק שלך (תמצא כאלה הרבה תחת הספריה windows) קבצים עם סיומת CHM ופשוט תן לחיצה כפולה על אחד מהם.

אם הקובץ נפתח בצורה של חלון עזרה רגיל של windows אז אין בעיה עם השיוך של הקבצים, אין בעיה עם האקספלורר ואין בעיה עם הקובץ hh.exe, כלומר, הבעיה היא כנראה בהגדרות ברגיסטרי.
