מקור הזיהום במי האוקיינוסים והתביעה היא בגין הסתרת העובדה מעיניי הקונים,

תוך רישום כוזב ע"ג האריזה, כי המוצר נבדק והוא נקי מתכולה של חומרים מזיקים,

כאשר בחלק מהמוצרים נמצאו עד פי 70 חומרי PCB מהמותר ע"פ התקנים!!!
