הגרסא שקיבלת מקבילה לגרסא הראשונה שהיתה לך במקור, קצת שינוי בVRM , בקרור וביציאות הגראפיות (DVI, HDMI ו DISPLAY PORT). מעבר לזה הכרטיסים זהים.

אפשר להגיד שמעבדים הם גירסה מקבילה למשל מעבדEXXX בעל תדר של 3Ghz לעומת EXXX בתדר של 2.8Ghz,

ההבדל היחידי הוא בתדר.

גם בכרטיסי מסך אפשר לפתוח 6950 ל 6970 כרוך בזה בסיכון מסויים.

ברגע שנתנו לו שם הוא כבר לא זהה מכיוון שבמפעל הוא יצא ככה(יציב) כל ניסיון להפוך אותו ליותר חזק כרוך בסיכון מסויים.
