שלום יש לי מדפסת דגם Brother MFC-215C ואתמול קניתי צבע חדש כי הישן נגמר לי,קניתי תואם למקורי

והיא פשוט מדפיסה לי דף ריק,אני חייב להדפיס איתה אני לא מבין מה הבעיה,אני ישמח לעזרה

    כנראה בעיה של הצבע הלא מקורי.בזמנו כשהיה לי מדפסת הזרקת דיו שלהם גם הייתה לי בעיה אם התואם.פשוט סירב להדפיס איתו (שחור).עד שקניתי צבע מקורי.
