בטעות נמחקו לי כמה קבצים בזיכרון של המכשיר עצמו (לא בכרטיס)

ועכשיו הוא פשוט לא עולה, רק מראה לי שהוא צריך שאני אחבר אותו למחשב.

מה אני יכול לעשות? איך אפשר לשחזר את זה?
