    מאפשר..לגבי תדר אין בעיה להגיע לאזור ה3.4+-..אבל זה משתנה..תחילה בדוק את הטמפ' במנוחה/מאמץ..ולאחר מכן תתחיל לאט לאט בOC..ותראה לאן תגיע ;D
