ערב טוב,

קיבלתי היום מכשיר IPAQ, וכאשר אני פותח אותו מופיע מסך חצי כחול חצי לבן ובו כתוב: HP iPAQ Pocket PC וכאשר אני לוחץ על הכפתורים לא קורה כלום.

מהי הבעיה? האם המכשיר תקול?
