אז ככה אני לא רוצה לפרמט את ה windows שלי רק בגלל הבעיה המוזרה ביותר הזאת, בעבר התקנתי תוכנות של מצלמה שעושות כל מיני אפקטים אז צצה הבעיה הזאת..

שאני מפעיל מצלמה לא משנה מה,תוכנות מסרים או הכל.. זה מראה לי פסים מוזרים כאלה כמו של טלויזיה..

אין לי שום תוכנת מצלמה יותר של אפקטים וחיפשתי הרבה במחשב...

אני כבר אובד עצות,סרקתי עם עשרות תוכנות של אנטי וירוס,ושל ספוויאר... פשוט עשרות. ניסיתי גם להחליף מצלמה וזה לא עזר
